Researchers at the University of Texas School of Public Health found that producitivity in the office increased when workers received ergonomic training and use a proper chair (Chicago Tribune, Sept. 7, 2008). Doing so reduces musculoskeletal issues such as fatigue, pain and stiffness. Without these distractions, productivity increases.
