While doing the laundry yesterday, imagine our surprise when we opened up a new box of Bounce fabric softner and found a small sealed envelope inside. My wife opened it and found a short but sincere thank you note from "Everyone at Bounce" as the folks at Procter and Gamble celebrated its 35th product anniversary. While it doesn't seem like much, it certainly impressed my wife.
